Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking an administrative professional to provide direct operational and administrative support to the Marine Manager and Superintendents in Singapore. The role involves assisting with vessel operations, documentation, reporting, audits, and daily coordination to ensure smooth vessel management.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in vessel operations or maritime administration, with a minimum qualification of O-Level/ITE/Diploma and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret vessel operations documentation and reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Marine Manager and Superintendents with vessel operations administration.
• Coordinate and follow up on Port State Control and Flag State inspections.
• Prepare and consolidate month-end reports and vessel KPIs.
• Complete Vessel Questionnaires and related documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audit reports and action tracking.
• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative matters related to vessel management.
