A leading maritime services company in Singapore is seeking a Marine Assistant to support vessel operations and maintain up-to-date documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in related studies, with at least 2 years of experience in shipping operations. Key responsibilities include summarizing fleet reports, managing documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders for operational needs. This position requires excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping operations.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation.
• Ability to monitor and analyze fleet performance.

Mansioni

• Support Marine Manager & Superintendents in Vessel Operations.
• Manage and maintain marine documentation and filing systems.
• Assist in monitoring Fleet KPI and compiling reports.
• Organize documents required by TMSA.
• Liaise with contractors for drug and alcohol tests.
