is seeking an organized venue operations professional to manage daily operations, including event setup, logistics, and turnover for a range of programmes in Singapore. You will coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, volunteers and community partners; ensure facilities, equipment and venues are safe, well‑maintained and ready for use; and track venue utilisation and schedules to support smooth delivery of events.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in venue operations, event management, community facilities, or programme delivery.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily venue operations, including event setup, logistics, and turnover.
• Coordinate and support a wide range of events, programmes, and festive activities.
• Work with stakeholders, vendors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and venues are safe, well-maintained, and ready for use.
