Job summary

The Kallang Group is seeking a Venue Operations professional to manage operations for the Singapore Indoor Stadium. You will coordinate with promoters, oversee seating, logistics, safety and venue readiness, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional events.

You will lead casual staff, enforce SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance the event experience at the venue.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or higher in events management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in event operations and planning; 2 years for senior roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with promoters and stakeholders to understand event requirements and ensure seamless execution.
• Develop operations plans covering scheduling, logistics and ticketing to meet international standards.
• Design seating arrangements, seat maps and event overlays for optimal venue use.
• Oversee venue operations, including cleanliness, maintenance and readiness of the facility.
• Ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance in collaboration with partners and authorities.
• Schedule staff and manage casual staff to maintain service quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a customer-centric culture across the venue.
• Maintain administrative processes and manage equipment, while coordinating with procurement and finance.
