Job summary

MK Vehicle Rental Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Service Admin to support our vehicle rental, workshop, and fleet management operations in Singapore. The role offers a full-time, five-and-a-half-day work week with competitive salary and benefits.

You will handle enquiries, bookings, quotations, invoicing, and documentation, while coordinating with insurance companies and internal teams. Training will be provided to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive rental environment.
• Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Automotive, Commercial Vehicle Rental, Fleet Management or Insurance Claims is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries regarding vehicle rental, trading, and insurance renewals via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate vehicle rental bookings, collections, and handovers.
• Prepare quotations, rental agreements, invoices, loan applications, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and transaction records within the company system.
• Explain repair charges, accident liabilities, and insurance claim procedures to customers.
• Liaise with insurance companies, government authorities, and internal departments on accident claims and traffic offences.
• Monitor repair quotations, workshop progress, and vehicle status updates.
• Assist with AR and AP administrative duties and follow up on outstanding invoices.
