Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd offers a role as Admin cum Customer Service Assistant at our Paya Lebar location. You will manage retail and corporate car rentals, support replacement car activations, handle payments, and keep customers well informed during rental processing.

This position runs Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with 5.5 working days, includes alternate Saturday or Saturday WFH, and pays SGD 2,500–2,800 monthly. Driving license is an advantage for vehicle handling and activation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks.
• With valid class 3/3A driving license to support vehicle handling and replacement car activation, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Secure retail and corporate rentals.
• Activating replacement cars for insured and following up on the due date for returning.
• Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to external customers.
• Ensure accurate processing of rental workflow through Fleetmatics.
• Furnish accurate driver particulars to respective authority for summons.
• Prepare quotations, tender, process monthly renewal, collect payment for Corporate accounts.
• Handle PRAC technical/breakdown such as vehicle unable to start, accident etc. Escalate promptly to operations/manager for follow up as appropriate.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area to create a pleasant and welcome environment for walk-in customers.
• Seek immediate assistance from relevant colleagues for issues that cannot be resolved within the department or elevate promptly to the manager as appropriate.
