Manus AI is seeking a Lead User & Product Operations to guide engagement and monetization for high-value users in Singapore. You will design segmentation, oversee initiatives to improve retention and conversion, and translate feedback into concrete product requirements.

You will manage an operations team, set priorities, and collaborate with product to align experiments with business goals, leveraging data to optimize lifetime value and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internet product operations or monetization with team management.
• Ability to develop and evaluate operating strategies using data (engagement, retention, conversion, payments, LTV).
• Strong product judgment and ability to translate feedback into concrete requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop user segmentation and operating plans to improve engagement and LTV.
• Manage services for high-value users and refine paid offerings and conversion paths.
• Analyze user behavior, payment patterns and core metrics to identify issues affecting conversion and retention.
• Consolidate user feedback and prioritize improvements with the product team.
• Establish operating processes and lead a small team on priority projects.
