Qualifications

• Senior product background with commercial fluency across product, content and GTM.
• Direct client- and investor-facing experience.
• Comfortable operating with minimal process in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own growth hacking strategy end-to-end with a build-measure-iterate cycle.
• Improve CLTV and reduce CAC through pricing, packaging and monetisation.
• Drive retention, renewals and advocacy as a growth engine.
• Own metrics: ARPU, ARR/MRR, expansion revenue, retention, AOV.
