Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in AI product operations or international product operations.
• Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals and multi-turn interaction.
• Solid analytics skills with ability to run A/B tests.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research global user habits and region needs to shape strategy.
• Manage operations for AI Homepage, ambient intelligence, and personalization.
• Govern LLM quality, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation.
• Use metrics and logs to drive data-driven iterations and retention.
