Job summary

myFirst is seeking a hands-on e-commerce leader to accelerate our US direct-to-consumer business while strengthening Global and Europe storefronts. You will own the commercial performance and customer experience across Shopify storefronts, guiding a regional team across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, the US and Europe.

You will set priorities, optimize conversions, manage paid ads, SEO and content, and coordinate with country teams, designers and product groups to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating e-commerce execution across multiple markets.
• Proven track record of growing US direct-to-consumer sales.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO, conversion optimisation and online merchandising.
• Ability to develop effective creative briefs and work closely with designers, copywriters and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow e-commerce sales with a focus on the US and coordinate multi-market expansion.
• Lead Shopify operations: structure, navigation, listings, pages and apps.
• Own digital marketing performance: plan and optimise Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Shape content and customer journey: translate features into benefits and persuasive pages.
• Lead regional e-commerce team across multiple markets, set targets and review performance.
• Own reporting across Shopify, GA4 and advertising platforms and drive continuous improvements.
