Rayaid in Singapore is seeking a hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to drive online growth across store operations and digital campaigns. You will manage the Shopify store, create content, and coordinate marketing activities with external partners.

Ideal candidates thrive in execution, own end-to-end tasks from planning to delivery, and bring practical experience in e-commerce, social media, and Canva/video editing to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or related role.
• Shopify experience preferred.
• Familiar with social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Able to create basic marketing content using Canva and/or video editing tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Shopify store, including products, promotions and content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, enquiries and sales.
• Manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create basic marketing content (photos, short-form videos, reels).
• Write and edit product descriptions, ads and promotional materials.
• Monitor advertising and e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, influencers and partners.
• Assist with customer enquiries, orders and fulfilment.
• Support marketplace expansion and other channels as the business grows.
• Explore suitable B2B opportunities with wellness/beauty/fitness businesses.
