Job summary

B2K PET CARE PTE LTD is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Specialist/Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels including our Shopify store and major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

You’ll be hands-on with online campaigns, product launches, promotions, digital advertising and livestream activities, collaborating with marketing and design teams to optimize listings, traffic and conversions, while learning how channels work together to drive sales.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience but strong interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
Comfortable working with numbers and analysing basic sales performance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
Interest in e-commerce trends, digital marketing and online consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Shopify website and online marketplace stores.
Update product listings, pricing, promotions and campaign information.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.
Plan and execute online promotions, product launches and sales campaigns.
Work with marketing on campaign creatives, EDMs and social media activities.
Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends.
Set up and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns.
Prepare regular reports using Shopify and analytics tools.
