EX STYLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Digital Marketer to drive sales across our ecommerce platforms in Singapore. You will own the full funnel—from paid ads and pricing to bundles and promotions—aiming to maximize GMV, ROAS, and conversion rate.

You will optimize product listings, coordinate livestream campaigns, and design offers that convert browsers into buyers, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and cross‑channel collaboration.

Formación

• 2–4 years hands-on ecommerce performance marketing experience (TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of hitting sales/ROAS targets with data-backed results.
• Experience managing ad budgets of SGD 10K+/month.
• Strong grasp of pricing psychology, bundling, and promo mechanics in SEA marketplaces.
• Comfortable with data: pull numbers, build simple reports, and explain actions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
• Manage monthly ad budgets with ROAS targets; scale winners, kill losers fast.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing/product pages.
• Coordinate with content team on ad creatives (short video, image, livestream traffic).
• Own promo calendar, design product bundles and vouchers to raise AOV.
• Support livestreams with pricing mechanics, offers, and traffic to peak viewership.
• Optimize product listings and improve store conversion rate.
• Track and report GMV, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate; provide recommendations.
