Location: West

Work Arrangement: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (flexible for client meetings on weekends if needed)

Rest Days: Weekends off unless client meetings required

We are hiring for a fast‑growing food & beverage / retail distribution company serving enterprise clients such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, and retailers. The role involves B2B sales, driving business growth and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with corporate and retail clients
  • Generate leads from personal connection or network
  • Conduct B2B sales, including client visits and negotiations
  • Handle full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → quotation → closing
  • Promote products, launches, and category expansions
  • Coordinate delivery and operational follow‑ups with internal teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analysis, and monthly performance reports
  • Achieve sales targets, margins, and KPIs
Requirements
  • Strong sales skills with proven B2B experience
  • F&B, retail, or FMCG experience preferred
  • Able to handle outdoor sales and client visits, flexible schedule including occasional weekends
  • English‑speaking
  • Able to manage a large team and coordinate multiple sales groups
