You will lead store, warehousing, inventory control and logistics to ensure smooth material flow supporting production and customer needs. You will manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, inbound/outbound logistics, and drive cost-effective freight, while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires 6+ years in warehousing or logistics in manufacturing/EMS, and strong ERP/MRP and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, SCM, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in warehousing, inventory control, store operations, and logistics.
• Experience leading warehouse, store, or logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Store Manager - EMS/Contract Manufacturing

The Store Manager will lead all Store, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely support to production and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store, warehousing, and inventory control operations, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, and physical audits
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics - receiving, storage, shipment, and delivery - while driving cost-effective freight and transportation arrangements
• Support production through timely material issuance, kitting, and coordination of material movement to production lines
• Track and report KPIs across inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, logistics efficiency, and customer service
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and storage utilization
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Production Control, Production, IQC, and external forwarders/transport providers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in warehousing, inventory control, store operations, and logistics - preferably within EMS, manufacturing, or semiconductor industries
• Proven experience leading warehouse, store, or logistics teams
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
