Job description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Automated Warehouse to oversee our automated logistics facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing automated systems (AS/RS, AGV/AMR), leading logistics and maintenance teams, and ensuring strict compliance with semiconductor handling standards (ESD/MSL).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, automation maintenance, and inbound/outbound logistics teams.
• Manage shift planning, and direct skill development programs.
• Ensure full compliance with WSH standards and labor regulations.

[System Operations & Process Governance]

• Direct the operations and integration of AS/RS, AGV/AMR, and WMS systems.
• Establish and enforce SOPs for ESD protection and MSL environment control.
• Optimize kitting, inventory counting, and picking workflows to maximize order accuracy and system uptime.
• Enforce strict lot control and full inventory traceability across the supply chain.

[Strategic & Capital Management]

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for warehouse automation upgrades and facility expansion.
• Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI on automation investments.
• Analyze inventory turnover and logistics metrics to reduce import/export and regional distribution costs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of warehouse management experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale automated warehouses (AS/RS, WMS).
• In-depth knowledge of ESD precautions and MSL component handling for IC/semiconductor products.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM.
• Strong business English and Chinese communication skills (written and spoken).
