Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality team in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee inspections, drive CAPA, and manage customer complaints while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with customers and suppliers, with readiness for after-hours conference calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including team supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, customer audits, product qualification, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with RBA standards would be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in conference calls outside regular working hours when required.
