Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. invites applications for Store Manager - EMS/Contract Manufacturing in Singapore.

You will lead store, warehousing, inventory control and logistics to ensure smooth material flow supporting production and customer needs. You will manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, inbound/outbound logistics, and drive cost-effective freight, while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires 6+ years in warehousing or logistics in manufacturing/EMS, and strong ERP/MRP and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, SCM, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in warehousing, inventory control, store operations, and logistics.
• Experience leading warehouse, store, or logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store, warehousing, and inventory control operations with accuracy.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and freight arrangements.
• Support production with timely material issuance and kitting.
• Track and report KPIs on inventory accuracy and logistics performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse storage utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Production Control, Production, IQC, and forwarders.
