Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing in a semiconductor/EMS setting.

You will source, issue RFQs, negotiate prices, coordinate shipping, and track deliveries to support production schedules. Collaborating with supply chain and planning teams, you will optimize inventory, drive supplier performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement, team management and cost saving projects in semiconductor or contract manufacturing.
• Experience in EMS, electronics, electrical, or contract manufacturing industries preferred.
• Normal shift and weekend shift available; weekend shift is work from home Sat and Sun.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities: sourcing, RFQ prep, price negotiation, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Review and procure materials per MRP requirements.
• Monitor and expedite deliveries to align with production schedules and address supply issues.
• Collaborate with supply chain and planning to satisfy customers.
• Manage inventory levels by applying stocking rules defined by management.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements, tracking and customs docs.
• Oversee supplier performance to meet quality, delivery, and inventory targets.
• Maintain purchasing docs: vendor setup, database updates, PO/DN/invoices to Finance.
• Handle RMA and NCT cases with suppliers.
• Support cost reduction initiatives to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze BOM to support procurement and production needs.

• Review and procure materials, components, and equipment according to MRP requirements.
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries with vendors to align with production schedules and address any supply issues.
• Collaborate closely with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels by reviewing and implementing stocking rules as defined by management.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements, tracking, and customs documentation.
• Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and inventory targets.
• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, database updates, and submission of PO/DN/invoices to Finance.
• Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) and NCT (Non-Conformance Tracking) cases with suppliers.
• Support and implement cost reduction initiatives to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) to support procurement and production needs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or contract manufacturing industry.
