Crew in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics activities at the East Tampines site, ensuring production targets, quality and on-time delivery. You will oversee material flow, inventory control, MRB processing, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing and people management, with ERP/MRP and MS Office proficiency, plus strong WSH

Competenze

• 5+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• Minimum 3 years of people-management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor, server manufacturing or data centre environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations and material management.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

What You'll Be Managing

• Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
• Oversee material flow, inventory control, warehouse activities and movement of materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process and ensure timely disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve material, production and operational issues.
• Monitor operational KPIs covering productivity, inventory accuracy, quality and delivery performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address recurring operational issues.
• Ensure materials are delivered to production on time and finished goods are shipped according to customer requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop operations teams, including manpower planning, performance management and team development.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, company policies and internal controls.

Location

EAST - Tampines

Salary & Benefits

• Salary from S$6,000 per month (commensurate as per experienced)
• Food + transport + shift allowances + incentives

Working Hours

• Training (1-3 months): Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• After training: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am, 42 hrs /4 days per week
• Permanent Sunday Off/REST

Requirements

We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or operations management.
• Minimum 3 years of people-management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor, server manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing or data centre-related environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, material management and production support.
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Confident in managing stakeholders across Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
