Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service and order coordination professional in Singapore. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and work closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Direct communication with customers on precious metal hedging orders and coordination of forecasts are key parts of the role. The role also involves collaborating with finance on payments and ensuring compliance with GST, import/export rules, NEA licenses, and data

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• 2–5 years of experience in relevant role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Demonstrate initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
• Strong mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook
• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience are welcome
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Demonstrate sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Good in mathematical calculations.

Salary

$3.5K ++

Location

Surface Engineering Hub (Bus pickup provided at Jurong East at 7:30 am)

Working Hours

40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am –5:00 pm

Remuneration

13th-month pay (AWS) plus a yearly variable bonus. Salary increments are conducted in March.

15 days of annual leave with a 3-month probation period.
