Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Administrator to handle customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will directly communicate with customers on precious metal hedging orders, align forecasts and delivery schedules, and liaise with the finance team to secure timely payments. You will also support compliance with GST, import/export rules, and NEA licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
