Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics/administrative professional in Singapore to handle customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will liaise with customers on forecasts, manage payments with the finance team, ensure compliance, and maintain data accuracy in the system. 40-hour week, Mon–Fri, based at Buroh with bus pickup at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience.
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
