Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Singapore to handle customer enquiries and orders, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will interact with customers on hedging orders, forecast alignment, and collaboration with finance for timely payments, while ensuring compliance and data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Candidates with 2-5 years of experience are welcome.
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Demonstrate sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Good in mathematical calculations.

• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.

Salary: $3.5K to 3.8K

Location: Surface Engineering Hub (Bus pickup provided at Jurong East at 7:30 am)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am –5:00 pm

Benefits Package:

Remuneration: 13th-month pay (AWS) plus a yearly variable bonus. Salary increments are conducted in March.

Leave & Probation: 15 days of annual leave with a 3-month probation period.
