Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible individual for a role in Singapore's Jurong area. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will also manage precious metal hedging communications, forecast liaison, and payments with the finance team. The role requires MS Office and Outlook proficiency, SAP knowledge, and solid mathematical skills.

Qualifications

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge in SAP system.
• Good in mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.
