Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations from Singapore, including carrier bookings, cargo tracking and delivery arrangements.

The role involves preparing shipping documents, coordinating customs clearance, and liaising with clients, carriers and brokers to ensure smooth operations. A Diploma in Logistics and 3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably in freight forwarding or shipping with Air & Sea import/export exposure.
• Prior warehouse or logistics operations experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, verify and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists and trade permits.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth Singapore Customs clearance for import and export shipments.
• Liaise with clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment operations and provide timely updates.
• Calculate shipping costs, prepare and issue customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets and provide shipping quotations to clients.
• Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies and customs clearance issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements, applicable international trade regulations and internal company procedures.

Requirements
