Trust Recruit Pte Ltd, an IT solution consulting firm in Singapore, invites a results-driven Sales Professional to join our permanent team. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts, focusing on profitability and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include lead generation through networking and outreach, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating deals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Diploma with strong relevant IT solution sales experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions and systems integration preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms and order management systems to manage client pipelines.

• Drive business growth through both customer acquisition and retention, while maximizing profitability in alignment with defined targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, marketing initiatives, and other lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to successful closure while staying informed on market trends and conditions.
• Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches to effectively engage potential clients.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools to streamline the sales process and manage client information.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and keep abreast of developments, trends, and challenges within the industry.

Your qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant experience in IT solution sales or systems integration may also be considered.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and systems integration is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) and order management systems to manage client pipelines and sales processes effectively.
