We are looking for an IT Manager to join a regional manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a strong background in operations and process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You'll identify, develop, and implement IT strategies and solutions to achieve business objectives according to Company IT security policies.

• You'll ensure that the network is stable, secure, and running with minimum downtown.

• You'll implement effective backup strategies for data preservation and disaster recovery and to understand and be able to support and enhance legacy systems.

• You'll act as the ISO Management Representative as well as the Personal Data Security Officer.

• You'll manage a team of IT administrators, including providing training and support to staff.

• You'll manage operations of network and server infrastructure.

• You'll oversee vulnerability and threat management, including potential risk identification.

• You'll implement effective patch management to reduce risk.

• You'll ensure adequate data backup and recovery and the security of our network infrastructure.

• Comfortable working at Tuas area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's of science (Information technology/Computer Science is a must)

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.

• Knowledge of industry computer and hardware system.

• Relevant experience with the testing and troubleshooting of IT systems, disaster recovery.
