Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of debug technicians in executing debugging tasks for server and rack products
• Collaborate closely with headquarters and customers to drive continuous improvement efforts
• Perform failure analysis to determine root causes, identify defective components, and classify failure types
• Contribute to Kaizen activities and deliver Work Instruction (W/I) training to technical staff
• Accountable for conducting tests, inspections, and diagnosing product issues
• Provide support during mass production and assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
• Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation, compliance, and ongoing system maintenance

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the server, rack, or manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Linux, with experience in programming and debugging
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and testing/debugging principles
