Job summary

BEAUTIFUL MUM @ ORCHARD PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable payroll specialist to manage monthly payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure precise calculations.

The role covers CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, MOM compliance, GST submissions, and support for month-end close and financial reporting. Xero experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Hands-on payroll calculations experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Singapore CPF, MOM regulations, and payroll compliance.
• Accounting experience is an advantage.
• Experience with Xero is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Process payroll calculations, including overtime, allowances, commissions, and leave deductions.
• Prepare CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain payroll records and employee information.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
• Assist with monthly closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support GST submissions, audits, and statutory compliance matters.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and annual stock take exercises.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting duties.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Details:

• Taiseng (1min walk from Taiseng MRT)

• Monday to Friday only. 9am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full monthly payroll processing accurately and on time

• Process payroll calculations, including overtime, allowances, commissions, and leave deductions

• Prepare CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, and other statutory submissions

• Maintain payroll records and employee information

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies

• Assist with monthly closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Support GST submissions, audits, and statutory compliance matters

• Assist with inventory reconciliation and annual stock take exercises

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting duties

Requirements
