MANDAI RESORTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our specialty dining outlet, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to standards.

The role supports the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and driving revenue opportunities while maintaining a positive, productive work environment. The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years F&B experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and holds a relevant hospitality certification.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher NITEC in Hospitality/F&B management or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in F&B, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience in specialty dining, upscale outlets, hotels, or resorts preferred.
• Food hygiene certification preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise outlet team to ensure efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Guide team in duties to uphold high service standards.
• Maintain service standards aligned with company procedures.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Plan and execute promotions and events to boost guest engagement.
• Upsell to drive outlet revenue using product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory and participate in stock takes.
• Conduct regular front-of-house and back-of-house inspections.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation on time.
