PERSOL Singapore PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Field Data Collector to support survey projects in Singapore. The role involves assisting respondents, entering data, and ensuring accuracy, with field visits as needed.

You'll work a 5-day week with rosters that may include weekends, and shifts like 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm. The position is based near Novena MRT and carries a contract through 31 December 2026 with potential renewal.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Details:

• Salary: UP $3,300

• Contract Period: Until 31 Dec 2026 (able to renew)

• Office Location: Nearest MRT Novena

• Working days and hours : 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday (based on roster - example : 11am - 8pm OR 12pm - 9pm , including weekend)
