Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a Turnaround Engineer on Jurong Island to lead planning, execution and integration across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil disciplines. You will develop worklists, review scope, prepare packages and monitor progress with Operations and Maintenance teams.

Role includes contract and cost coordination, continuous improvement, and supporting night-shift execution during outages. 12-month contract with competitive remuneration and perquisites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years maintenance in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical.
• Two outages of 150,000+ labor hours.
• MS Project experience is a plus.
• Gas Plant experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain turnaround worklists with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Prepare execution packages including methodology, manpower, equipment and logistics.
• Verify scope and access; coordinate engineering reviews and required documents.
• Develop integrated turnaround schedules and identify critical path activities.
• Coordinate contractors and cost management for safety and efficiency.
• Support night shift turnaround execution during outages.
