Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Turnaround Planning & Project Engineer to coordinate major turnaround activities on Jurong Island, with transport provided from Lakeside. You will develop worklists, scope, manpower, equipment and logistics plans to ensure safe, timely execution.

The role involves field verification, readiness reviews, risk assessments, and close collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating plant turnarounds.
• Ability to manage scope, manpower, equipment and logistics for shutdowns.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate turnaround activities, including worklists, scope, manpower, equipment and logistics.
• Conduct field verification and ensure engineering documents, permits and procedures are ready before execution.
• Support turnaround scheduling, readiness reviews, risk assessments and scope freeze activities.
• Coordinate daily turnaround execution with contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and timely completion.
• Monitor progress, productivity, costs and schedule; support recovery plans for delays.
