Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex program management and strategic initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to launch and communicate progress to leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and multitasking skills.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter capable of fast-moving projects.
• Ability to analyze problems and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
• Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution: Define scope, schedule, milestones, tasks, deliverables and ownership for timely delivery.
• Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across T&S.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies with adaptive stakeholder management.
• Provide proactive, executive-level communications on project progress and leadership needs.
• Help Trust & Safety reach greater levels of organizational effectiveness.
• Identify regional pain points and shape cases for transformational change.
• Grow the Program Management practice with new tools and processes to raise domain maturity.
