Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Global Head of Risk Management & Integrity to lead Trust & Safety risk, controls, and governance across regions. The role combines strategic direction with hands‑on execution, building scalable capabilities, and aligning risk with business outcomes and regulatory readiness.

The executive will drive risk frameworks, analytics, and leadership development, partnering with product, policy, operations, legal, and privacy teams to strengthen platform integrity globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, public policy, political science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in operational risk, enterprise risk, compliance, or related disciplines in global, regulated environments.
• Experience leading regional/global teams and transforming risk and integrity functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Risk Management & Integrity for Trust & Safety across regions (APAC/EMEA/Americas).
• Define strategy, operating model, governance, and priorities for the function.
• Build and scale a high-performing global team with clear ownership and execution routines.
• Provide executive guidance and coaching to leaders; drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Embed risk-aware decision making with product, policy, operations, legal, and privacy teams.
