Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in complex program management, strategic planning, and/or change management.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
• Highly adept at cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Highly entrepreneurial self-starter capable of driving forward fast-moving projects.
• Proven ability to rapidly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Adept at handling confidential information and situations with care and confidence.
• Experience directly in Trust & Safety or comparable field is preferred.
• PMP, Lean SixSigma Black Belt, Design Thinking and/or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
• Lead projects from concept to launch/execution with defined scope, milestones, and ownership.
• Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies.
• Provide executive-level communications on project progress and outcomes.
• Elevate the Program Management practice with new tools, processes, and methods.
• Synthesize regional pain points and shape cases for transformational change.
