Job summary

TikTok is seeking a qualified professional to lead Search and Interaction Safety projects in Singapore. You will develop end-to-end safety processes for Search, Comments and Messages, monitor metrics, and drive moderation quality improvements in collaboration with Product, Data Science, Policy, and other teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of moderation operations, strong data analytics, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders to align safety with company values and policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Search or Interaction content moderation operations or quality operations.
• Strong understanding of moderation processes, tools, and policies.
• Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee end-to-end processes and operations for Search and Interaction Safety projects.
• Monitor project progress using business platforms and tools; identify issues and improvements.
• Lead data-driven analyses and prepare stakeholder updates on milestones and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a comprehensive moderation strategy.
• Define success standards and metrics for moderation operations and monitor them.
