Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst for Trust & Safety in Singapore. You will own resource management for the Safety team, ensure the right people are assigned at the right times and locations, and collaborate with product and operations to meet evolving demand while sustaining high service levels.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, capacity modeling, and process improvements to scale safety operations globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel are required.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive strategies and align stakeholders to goals.

Responsibilities

• Own resource management for the Trust & Safety team, ensuring right resources are allocated at the right time and location.
• Partner with product and downstream operation teams to define planning parameters and coordinate ad hoc needs.
• Leverage data to analyze operational output and trends, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Lead process improvements to scale resource planning across diverse scenarios.
• Manage capacity and delivery timelines; use data modeling to simulate allocation scenarios.
• Collaborate to improve capacity monitoring and reporting tools.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with resilience and ownership.
