Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence, risk, trust and safety, investigations, operations, product strategy, or related fields.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional work in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to influence across a matrixed org and work with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience applying automation or AI-enabled solutions to improve how work gets done.
• Demonstrated ability to improve systems, workflows, or operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Risk Intelligence team focused on collection, analysis, and proactive risk detection.
• Translate priorities into clear execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Improve intelligence collection, storage, and action across sources to enhance detection.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to improve inputs and workflows.
• Identify operational gaps and drive automation or AI-enabled improvements.
• Define and track measures of impact in detection quality and efficiency.
• Foster a healthy, high-standards team culture grounded in judgment and partnership.
