Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Trust Manager for Private Wealth & Fiduciary Services in Singapore. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of trust clients, coordinating trust administration, compliance and service delivery.

The role requires experience in trust administration or fiduciary services, strong client relationships, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently. Working hours are standard business days with a permanent, full-time arrangement and a salary up

Qualifications

• Experience in trust administration or fiduciary services.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Good communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of trust clients as the primary point of contact.
• Handle client requests including distributions, asset transactions, beneficiary changes and trust document updates.
• Liaise with bankers, investment managers, lawyers, tax advisers and other professional parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices on client administration.
• Complete annual trust reviews and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Support onboarding checks, CDD, ongoing monitoring and risk assessments.
• Handle trust accounting queries, invoice reviews and fee collection follow-up.
• Review annual client fees based on complexity and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements and regulatory obligations.
