Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an experienced Trust Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of trusts and/or company structures, handling client inquiries and delivering timely solutions. You will manage daily administration, prepare requests for account openings and trust-related documents, and ensure accurate records for client reviews.

You will engage with private bankers, intermediaries and clients on trust matters, participate in ad-hoc projects, and maintain high standards of integrity

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of trust relationship and administration experience.
• Familiar with local governing trust laws and AML policies by Financial Institutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin ability for client communications; Cantonese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for structures under care and respond to queries.
• Oversee daily administration of trust and/or companies; prepare letters of requests and minutes.
• Prepare trust review packs and participate in client meetings; coordinate with private bankers.
