Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Trust Manager – Private Wealth & Fiduciary Services to oversee a portfolio of trust clients from our Shenton Way offices. You will coordinate trust administration, compliance, and service delivery while liaising with bankers, lawyers and tax advisers to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in trust administration or fiduciary services.
• Good understanding of trust administration, CDD and regulatory compliance.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters independently.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trust clients as the primary point of contact.
• Handle client requests including distributions, asset transactions, beneficiary changes and trust document updates.
• Liaise with bankers, investment managers, lawyers, tax advisers and other professionals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices on client administration.
• Complete annual trust reviews and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Support onboarding checks, CDD, ongoing monitoring and risk assessments.
• Handle trust accounting queries, invoice reviews and fee collection follow-up.
• Review annual client fees based on complexity and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements and regulatory obligations.
