Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years in treasury, financial markets or banking with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products, liquidity management, ALM and markets.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements relating to treasury operations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Branch’s Treasury function in accordance with policies, authorities, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide market analysis, insights and strategic recommendations to branch management.
• Oversee liquidity management and regulatory compliance for the branch.
• Direct and supervise treasury dealers in liquidity analysis and market monitoring.
• Review and monitor treasury transactions within limits and ensure internal controls.
• Prepare treasury business analyses, market updates, and ALCO presentations.
