Job summary
Deutsche Bank Singapore Treasury is seeking a seasoned professional to lead liquidity optimization and ALM activities within a global finance framework. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, exposure to IRRBB, ALM, and capital management, and a track record of delivering
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Institutions, Strategy or Big 4 financial consulting.
- Experience with liquidity management, ALM and liquidity risk controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and steer liquidity requirements for DB entities under various constraints.
- Manage regulatory capital and liquidity requirements and internal governance.
- Oversee IRRBB requirements and implement new processes to meet risk thresholds.
- Collaborate with Singapore Treasurers and Asset & Liability Council to align strategy with risk appetite.
- Support regional balance sheet analytics including funding, liquidity and capital optimization.
- Prepare high quality presentations for Senior Management.
- Drive process automation and data analysis enhancements.
- Engage with regulators on Treasury-related topics as needed.
