Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading international bank in Singapore for a Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead. You will report to the Head of Treasury and advise the business on funding, liquidity and regulatory compliance, shaping the bank’s capital and funding strategy.

You will drive ALCO processes, ICAAP, Basel 4 and MAS directives while overseeing treasury operations, systems, and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 12 years’ banking treasury experience across front, middle and back offices.
• Strong MAS regulatory knowledge (LCR, NSFR, ILAA) and Basel framework.
• Expertise in liquidity management, ALM and funding strategy.
• Experience with treasury systems and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for liquidity, funding, and balance sheet management.
• Drive ALCO processes, ICAAP, stress testing and treasury risk controls.
• Oversee treasury operations, front/middle/back office, and system governance.
• Partner with FP&A and Technology to improve reporting and processes.
• Ensure regulatory reporting accuracy and governance compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to align treasury strategy with business goals.
