Qualifications
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury/ALM.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field.
- CFA/FRM or equivalent advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
- Ability to leverage data and market intelligence for pricing decisions and forecasting.
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Support balance sheet strategies to optimize financial performance and resilience.
- Enhance analytics for liquidity, funding, and NII forecasting.
- Evaluate market trends to identify risks and strategic actions.
- Advise on pricing, loans, deposits, and AUM growth.
- Lead forecasting, stress testing, and scenario analysis capabilities.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI for insights.
