Trust Bank Singapore is seeking a seasoned Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Lead to shape funding strategies and liquidity management. You will advise senior management on balance sheet optimization, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk management in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.

The role requires deep expertise in ALM, liquidity risk, and capital management, with a track record of delivering robust treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory frameworks for banks (LCR/NSFR/ILAA).
• 10+ years of experience in bank treasury across front, middle, back offices.
• Experience in liquidity management, ALM, funding strategy, and treasury ops.
• Exposure to digital banking, fintech, or tech-enabled environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over treasury function including liquidity funding and balance sheet management.
• Monitor regulatory liquidity metrics and oversee daily cash/liquidity operations.
• Drive ICAAP, Basel 4, and BCBS239 initiatives and related stress tests.
• Oversee treasury systems development and data infrastructure.
• Engage with FP&A and product/growth teams for treasury impact on new products.
