Job summary

michael page (personnel) pte. ltd. has partnered with a digitally focused financial institution in Singapore to hire a senior Treasury leader.

You will steer liquidity, funding and ALM strategy in a high-growth, regulated environment. Responsibilities include leading ALCO, driving ICAAP and Basel-related initiatives, overseeing Funds Transfer Pricing, and delivering robust regulatory reporting. You will partner with Finance, Risk and Technology to build scalable treasury capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive treasury leadership experience within banking or regulated financial institutions.
• Deep technical knowledge across liquidity management, funding, ALM, IRRBB and capital management.
• Strong grasp of LCR, NSFR and Basel frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity and funding strategy including forecasting and contingency planning.
• Drive balance sheet and ALM strategy, including interest rate risk and capital considerations.
• Lead ALCO and provide senior management with actionable insights on funding and liquidity gaps.
• Oversee regulatory initiatives such as ICAAP, liquidity stress testing and Basel requirements.
• Develop Funds Transfer Pricing frameworks and enhance treasury governance.
