Chan Brothers Travel Pte Ltd seeks a Tour Operations Officer to manage reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking and service-oriented execution across ground elements and supplier coordination.

He/She is expected to work in a fast-paced travel environment, communicate updates promptly and uphold company guidelines. English proficiency and knowledge of GDS are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Experience in an operational or customer service role in the travel industry is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
• Knowledge of Global Reservation System (GDS) will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for designated regions of the world, ensuring that all ground elements are booked and delivered to meet the required customer service levels.
• Ensuring all manifests are accurate and sent out to suppliers in time frames set out in Operations procedures.
• All updates and amendments are communicated to the appropriate people in a timely manner.
• Ensuring suppliers provide services in line with company guidelines.
• Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned by Management
